1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Game.

1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or have permission from a parent/legal guardian) to download, install, or use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Creation and Security

2.1 Account Registration
We may require you to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated if it changes.

2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at blissful.games2024@gmail.com.

2.3 No User-Generated Content
Our Game does not allow users to post, share, or upload reviews, comments, or any other form of user-generated content within the Game. Your account primarily exists to save your progress, preferences, or other gameplay data.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

3.1 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the Game on a mobile device that you own or control.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any related content without our express permission;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game;

• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;

• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Game;

• Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers/network connected to the Game.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Property
All content, features, and functionality in the Game—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—are the exclusive property of Blissful Games / Blissful Devs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are owned, registered, and/or licensed by us. You may not copy, imitate, or use them without our prior written permission.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Currently, we do not offer any in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. If we introduce these features in the future, we will update these Terms and provide notice to you in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use personal information you may provide. By using the Game, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may, at our discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the Game. These may be automatically installed on your device, or you may need to manually update the Game. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms.

8.2 Termination by You
You may discontinue use of the Game and/or delete your account at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will automatically end.

8.3 Effect of Termination
All sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in full force and effect, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that:

• The Game is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

• We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blissful Games / Blissful Devs and its affiliates, licensors, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blissful Games / Blissful Devs and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Game will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Türkiye, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the Game or through other appropriate communication channels. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blissful Games / Blissful Devs regarding your use of the Game and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
